When my wife and I decided to list our home in Winston-Salem for sale, we did not really think it mattered much who our Realtor was. We thought that as long as it was listed with a well known company, the results would be the same and pretty much depended on the housing market. We could not have been more wrong. For the first eighteen months our house was listed with a national realty chain. We had all of six showings. We decided that we needed to do something different. After seeing Realty One's flyer, we decided to give them a try. The difference was unbelievable. We were under contract for the sale of our house within three months. We had more showings in a single week than we had in the first year and a half with the other guys (We lost count of our total showings at thirty). We had no idea that a Realtor could make that kind of difference. We were pleasantly surprised.

Not only did they sell our house, but they also helped us find our new home and even drove the contract to us in the middle of the night so we could get the house we wanted before another buyer could grab it.
